Can Smash DLC be done right? If so, how?

Here is an example of what i mean... Was Pokemon Gen 3/Gen 4/Gen 5/Gen 6 a rip off? They obviously progressed with each generation in terms of mechanics,etc yet Gen 2 is the only one with 2 regions (16 badges) and best aftergame by far. Kanto and Johto are the smallest regions by far. What the other games lack in frivolous gym leaders, and extra regions, they make up for in double the land mass, and bonus content like Pokemon Contests, the battle frontier, etc. And more Pokemon.

But fine. $12 for all that was an impossibly good deal. I expected to pay $20 for it and thought that would be a great deal. So for $20 in Smash, I expect 16 characters, 16 alternate costumes, and 8 stages. And I expect some sort of crossbuy deal. Anything less than THAT would be a ripoff.

Well, cant convince you unfortunately, hope it comes true but that is some veryhigh expectations. Imo its equivalent to wanting 60-80 new mega's for OmegaRuby/AlphaSapphire
