I don't think Wii U is going to sell even 20 million units LTD. It continues to trend below the GameCube (22 million LTD) even with Mario Kart 8.
So for MS to "lose" they have to sell even less than that, which I don't think is happening.
Pretty sure X1 is well ahead of the Wii U if you align their sales from launch too and its sales pace should accelerate as it starts to receive heavier hitters.
