There is a huge difference between no problem and minor problem. That was and simply the use of an updated code base was the only criticism I made.
The reason, I said their is no such thing as an unhackable system was to point out that mentioning the DS using proprietary hardware and being hacked is pointless. Because it wasn't to the scale of the PSP.
Not to mention the 3DS profiting off of hardware sells, making it a poor example of using any old storage medium

Vance said the DS was hacked not that it was hacked worse than the 3DS.
