What's Wrong With VGC Polls?

So someone brought up polls on VGC not adding up correctly. And, having a look around, this appears to be true:

78%, not 100%

 

Should we have the option to delete polls?
Yes.	1,361	64.69%
Yes.	528	25.10%
Total:	1,889

89.79%, not 100%

 

This doesn't make a whole lot of sense; there isn't a common total, and it's happening to polls of all sizes. Just something I noticed.
