To be fair here, it's not 700k. The 10 million announcement is as of August 10th, so since we're a week behind we might be looking at maybe between 550-600k undertracked, just to be super accurate. 
But yeah, PS4 sales will adjusted up anyhow, this small overtrackment in the US doesn't change that.
