I'm very doubtful of this idea. The PC master race and other PC gamers would strongly refute this app just because it plays sub 4K PS games. They would want upscaling and the application cannot make it possible. And there's also the issue that not every game can be available due to copyright. Usage would falter due to Steam being a more wildly popular application unlike Uplay and Origin, that despite being necessary to play Ubisoft and EA games respectively, are panned by the gamers. I believe they should skip PC and concentrate on the other devices, and maintaining the PS4 momentum.
