(1) I must object : MK is one of the best-selling franchises ever, and WD is a new IP, it's the challenger. The comparison definitely holds.

Its worth noting your not taking everything into account.  MK8 is on WiiU. It shipped 2.85mil in one month (on a 6.65mil usrbase).

Anybody can say things without thinking how overall things really are. MKWii has amazing sales 35mil+ but its the worse MK console game and only sold thay high cuz it was on Wii. This is why obviously every game from wii to wiiu will go down. SSBM is much more impressive than SSBB in sales despite It being the #1 best selling fighting game ever.

I mean anybody can compare Vita games to 3DS and majority of the time it wont be unfair right? MK8 has done extremely well, surprised alot of people. (despite it not pushing HW which was Sad).
