I doubt it's the US those extra sales are from though, but I suppose you could just subtract US and JP sales to get the rest so that makes sense!

No it's definitely not the US, but the US tracking won't be completely right either, for PS4 or the other systems, so they might as well wait a couple days and do all the adjusments together.
