Suggestion: Put off topics back in the hot topics.
I can't get into the 'off topic' section using the icons at the top of the home-page, all the links are on top of each other. I have to go through my post history, find an off topic thread I posted in, and then click on it. I bet I have missed tons of funny stuff.
