Nah, if I remember correctly they are adding up the ratings of the european countries.

It has 5292 ratings on the german PS store, if someone from another european country wants to check then we'll know if they add up the ratings.

3639 on the UK store right now.

Oh so it's not shared among all european countries, didn't know that. Pity that it's a pain for me to enter the UK PS store, when I try I get taken to the german store immediately. It's not a problem to get on the US store though.
