Well, although it's correct that the PS3 version was sold more in USA than in Europe, I was actually talking about the sales numbers of Europe AND the rest of the market/world, and NOT just about Europe. And so if you check the proper numbers of TLoU PS3 for Europe and rest of the world, the overall number then is even higher than of the US.
