What makes you say that? Only trophies we get like 2-3 of the same is from playable characters. Melee trophies were different from Brawls Trophies (in case you meant game to game)

I meant trophies in the 3DS and Wii U version.

Oh, then no. Sakurai stated the games will have many exclusive trophies. I guess the same treatment with stages (out of 23/24  stages on 3DS, only 4 are exactly the same on WiiU
