Yeah, this is pretty silly. Theres no reason to buy games just to return them later.
Theres probably a bigger chance of the stores taking in even less WiiU games than making them order more. Theres also the possibility of them refusing to take the games back and now youre stuck with games you dont want.
Buy the games you want and let the WiiU speak for itself. If it ends up a flop, then so be it. Hope their next console will be and do great.
