Why exactly wouldn't Sony allow Insomniac to own the IP? That doesn't make any sense. I find it hard to beleive that PS policy of self-publish and allowing publishing on any platform for indies, won't allow Insominac to own the IP.
Its more likely that they thought it would do better on XB1 so they have MS publish it, cause I'm pretty sure they could've of found a third party publisher to let them keep the IP. Its not a new thing.
