Absolutely nothing wrong with that. Though it's unlikely his successor will ever say anything other than nice things about Dan Adelman and the team he put in place.

Sure.. Thats what any successor in a team would do.. Look at sport teams.. But Dan is taking some cheap shots at his former employee..
