Hyrule Warriors and Fatal Frame V are both financed by Nintendo, they're not true third party projects, those are 2nd party games in effect.
The only third party games I think we can reliably say are coming for Wii U in 2015 are
Just Dance 2015: With 30% More Katy Perry
Skylanders
Disney Infinity
1 game from Sega apparently
LEGO Hobbit 2 (?), LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2 (?)
Project: CARS (maybe?)
