I'm just gonna step in and say that anime criticism is fine, just don't bash another person's opinion on the anime. As in, if someone says they love SAO II, don't reply to them and say it really isn't that good and their taste is bad. Like vivster said, everyone has tastes and likes different anime.
At the same time, feel free to express criticism for anime, but try and give reasons for why you dislike it, and don't outright bash it.
