No, it didn't. And it didn't sell more than 22m because the PS2 existed. In case you forget, the XB didn't do hot either. Why wouldn't the 3DS library work for a console? They aren't big enough. People don't pay $300 on a home console to play Pokemon X. They buy it to play Zelda Wii U.
