Eeeeh, Segas problem is that they just don't make good games, imo. As long as Nintendos game quality doesn't suffer from it, I'd say that Nintendo can live very well as a third party. I mean lets be honest here, what other really known IPs aside from Sonic does Sega even have? Nintendo has a very good amount of IPs that would do extremely well on any system as long as the games don't get worse.
