TL;DR
- Next Gen consoles = Not actually technically advanced at all
- Buy them for games, not for graphics or you will be disappointed
- never buy a game for the graphics because its not worth it, learn from Watch Dogs
- Sony and Microsoft try their hardest to make them look "powerful" but they are not, so just stop with the 1080p / 60 FPS otherwise all games will basically be tech demos like Crysis and we all end up playing shitty games.
- They made PS4 / XB1 to be easier to develop for, NOT to advance gaming as a medium, hence why indie developers are taking over, they're trying to attract mobile developers because they make better profit from them.
Is it easier to understand that way?
