My personal rating: Pokemon X/Y, Mario Kart 7, Ocarina of Time. However, judging by my friends and family's reactions to certain games (total game time and time spent talking about the games), Fire Emblem Awakening would be the best game on 3DS by a long shot. Zelda: A Link between Worlds would be pretty high up too.
