beacuse first, Wii-U owners aren't the targeted audience, wich means it wouldn't have a huge community.
second, it would probably miss key features.
third, it would probably lack DLC.
fourth, it woul probably be released months after.
fifth, would probably not be optimized for the Wii-U system/gamepad.
If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing
