Probably not you, but this "Japanese people don't like American products"-excuse gets thrown around pretty fast to explain the Xbox' lack of success in Japan. There have been several american companies that have been very, very successful in Japan.

Oh ok, yeah I wasn't aware that Apple and Disney were big in Japan. In the future I won't make that mistake again
