No, you need a $800 rig to play games better than the PS4. Also, games are cheaper, and there is no need to pay for online.

"Graphically" better, identical in gameplay. Online Content is only valid for online games, that aren't always online i.e MMOs. The most popular games on PCs are the least graphically demanding.
