LOL, Nintendo has no blame right?? Third parties were big on nintendo, because there was no other alternative. nintendo constantly ignored devs, what they and the industry wanted, pushing devs away. There practices are to blame. When sony came along who fostered an environment where devs could flourish, listened to what there engines needed they left. nintendo ignoring devs over the years, made them leave nintendo, Now nintendo is seen as a system juyst for Nintendfo game sbecause it's been like it for so long. You are in denial if you think nintendo is blameless.
IT IS THERE JOB to make successfull platform, that gains support. Devs would be there if it made sens,e and money. Nintendo is fully to blame. Devs go where it is easiest to make money, nintendo has shun fdevs with great peril. |
Third parties defeated their own chance of making money off Nintendo systems by anticipating failure before they even tried. They have trained a whole generation of Nintendo gamers to associate third party games with low quality, because that's pretty much all they ever offered.
