The thing is, the industry is too spineless to make something so zealous as an adventure like you talk about. It's not proven to sell so no one - certainly not Nintendo - is going to take a chance on something like it. Most developers are playing it as safe as pitifully possible, especially Nintendo who need to move units and please shareholders.
