Europe doesn't have any bias when it comes to gaming true, but they won't care that much if those games aren't made.  A good portion of those games were made specifically for the Japanese audience, and they just happen to sell decently in Europe.  Those games won't get made for the PS4 because Europe will accept the american games.  

Is japan making the witcher? Dragons age, Mass effect, Lord of the Fallen ???
