let's say Ubi sold 100 units of Watch_Dogs - They Sold 17 of them on XB1 (times two that gives you 34) - They sold 36 of them on the PS4 (that's over 34, thus it sold more than twice) One funny thing, if you add PC, PS4 and XB1 together, that makes around 65% of the copies sold on "next-gen" type of platforms, which probably means that future titles will be tailored around the power / memory capabailities of these platforms, since older/weaker platforms will certainly not grow in popularity (not to imply some level of parity between a top of the line PC, a PS4 and especially not an XB1, but this is a better base target than the ps360 could be. |
Hello???
Where did I say that 17 isn't approximately half of 36? The original title claimed that these numbers represented the sales of Watchdogs. In reality, it represents the total sales of all Ubisoft software in the quarter for the respective systems. There are a few other ubisoft titles available for the PS4, even though they proabably don't add up to much. I never questioned the math or the percentages themselves.
What you need to do is work on your reading comprehension. Also, the OP changed the title of the thread, so it is irrelevent now.
It is near the end of the end....
