How will they gain? Theyll make less money per game sold. Fans would have to buy several systems if they decided to have one franchise exclusive to PS4, one exclusive to XB1, some on mobile phones and PC. Games would take longer to make because they would have to port it to different systems. We would have to pay to play MK and SSB online.
I dont see that at all. Just "moar powar" is not a reason to get out of the console buisness...
