Thats 329 days worth of music (assuming the average song length is 4 minutes) for just the top ten...
Assuming you listen to those 10 songs for 10 hours a day, every day, that is over two years worth of listening.
I don't believe that to be physically possible unless iTunes uses some strange formula for calculating listens...
