Palkia (Surf, Earth quake umm..that dragon move that palkia learns naturally and some other move) [its been a while] is the best!!! But Mewtwo is good too... (I just need to change some of his moves) he knows ice beam recover physcic and umm. yeah it has been a while
Latios was way too vulnerable... but he can be really strong.
