SEND IT TO NINTENDO!!! all the way.
If you want to buy a new one. U spend 250 bucks and 50 bucks to replace your data and waiting in line (possibly)
if you send it to nintendo it will be free b.c it is covered on your 1 yr. warranty (assuming u bought it less than 1 yr. ago)
