Without a doubt, the following:

E.T.: The Extra Terrestial
Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey
Babe (the pig movie)
The Iron Giant

It's been a while since I seen it but there where no truely sad parts in Babe.  Also that movie has a lot of haters on imdb now since its 6.9/10.  Even though its been a while since seen it I would give it at least a 8/10 which is pretty close to its critics metascore of 83/100.  Still have to watch the second movie.

With Babe, it wasn't tears of sadness but happiness. When that little pig proves everyone wrong, for some reason, I get very emotional with joy watching that.

Oh, I get what your saying its been over ten years since I last saw it but I really liked it also its one of the best movies from the 90's.  Also I really liked the song the mice sang at the end of the movie.

Should have known about it earlier but I was either to young when it was popular or it wasn't that popular in Germany.  Did the best in the UK where it got to #3 on the charts.
