Not easily at all. You CAN download a new custom stage everyday with Brawl, but that's because custom stages use a set number of items that already exist in the game. To add new content would require a game to be coded in advance for that...like there's no way to add new stuff to Zelda, Metroid, or Brawl that isn't designed to be added.
