Cutting costs is the only option as they only plan to get 20 more million yen from sales (590 billion vs 571.7 billion). Although that raises the question of possible price cuts.

In any case, they will no longer have the costs of the new building, already completed, but there's still a lot to cut off until getting to their goal.
