There is ALWAYS pandering in Pokemon! Complaining about it is useless. You should have made this thread back when you played your first Pokemon game.
Why do weak, no-evolution Pokemon even exist?
Why are some Pokemon better than others?
Why did Pokemon A get better stats than Pokemon B?
Complaining that Mega's are biased/uneven is stupid, because that's the series in a nutshell. Some will get more attention/bias than others upon creation. Without an extremely balanced game (impossible to do with 700+ variations of Pokemon), there can be no "fair game". Yeah, it isn't fair. And it never will be.
