Will Final Fantasy XV end the series' decline in Japan?

Much of the talented people that made FF games during the series' peak doesn't work for Square, and judging by the crap they keep shoving out, the people left doesn't seem to have any talent.

So the real question should be which new FF game is the one that ends it.

And by it, I mean the franchise.
