But yes, in case you can't compute, the collection is the ultimate fan service for Halo fans, both the MP bros getting all MP in one with the beta, and the lore fans with the remastered Halo 2 gameplay/cutscenes, the Ridley Scott feature, and curated playlists.
I mean if you want to hate on the compeition.....at least do some research. I at least have some ground to say NG is just putting this out just to pay the bills until Uncharted is done. Like you said.....it's merely a side job. MS out-valued Sony this round, maybe next time.

Don't need research, I didn't say anything that was wrong. In fact you just agreed with me buy saying TLOU is a side job. Which is what a port is supposed to be. Next gen consoles aren't for ports right? Riiiight?

It is not wasting in that this is a guaranteed seller and Halo fans old and new want it. So do not use that word on a consoles #1 IP....it makes you look ignorant. So then if we agree LOU is a side job then there is no problem in saying MS out-valued Sony in this department. Sigh........the MCC, for the 3rd time, is much, much more then ports.
For the record, Sony has, by far, done the most ports and collections over the years. The MCC, unlike LOU or Tomb Raider, even GTA 5, is a god among ports :)
