Those stupid fucking laws won't prevent a true alchy from drinking.  Plus you can go to the bars and get hard liquor on Sundays.  A little double standard isn't it?  It just fucks over people that don't stock up.  I suppose they are trying to get us to be hoarders.  Also, you can't possibly spin no buying groceries on Sunday in a positive light.

Also... You want to get into Walmart?  You do realize they keep their employees at ~30 hours a week to avoid any overtime.  They just have more workers who work less hours. 

True... drug laws don't prevent crack heads or heroin addicts from getting their fix either, so why have them?  And I don't know where you live but most grocery / convenience stores are always open on Sundays and sometimes even on holidays like Turkey Day and Xmas (albiet with shorter hours), and many counties in my state feature the same "blue laws" on the books, they just ignore them.
