Users with different internet access, different isp's, different home hardware and let's test Sony's server infrastructure, performance with more load and the peering differences in different regions.
The whole service sounds interesting but there are way too many variables to make PSNow a crucial part in gaming. And that's of course if Sony does the pricing right...
