Project HAMMER, Sadness, or an Adult Only game (seriously, kids have a bedtime for a reason)
No More Heroes turned out really nice. Zack and Wiki sounded pretty good too.
I'd like to see some PC games gettign revamped for the Wii too. Baldur's Gate TotSC + SoA + ToB + fanmods would turn out really good.
Portal and TF2 would be perfect for the Wii. It's graphics and content aren't any more demanding that what I've seen from No More Heroes, and the Wiimote + Nunchuk is perfect for any FPS. On top of that, Portal would SERIOUSLY benefit from the ability to twist the Wiimote, which would let you turn objects that you've picked up, and also change the position at which portals are created.
I'd really like to see some sort of coop/competetive styled games, like what Link 4 sword adventure pulled out, but using the DS/Wii connectivity come into play.
Flow would be nice, but I doubt sony would allow that to end up as a Wiiware title.
