Even though Nintendo has had plenty of stumbles they will never fail. Their seemingly everlasting quality will keep them alive for years to come. Plus next gen they'll probably pull a "Revolution and make a console that sells like hotcakes. As for the handheld, it may be their last gen, next gen, and then they'll move on. I could even see them doing a 3 pillar system with smartphones, next handheld, and next console
