Exactly. And if it was up to this guy, the Wii U would cause even more confusion, be less unique, and make people wonder why it needs to exist. He thinks the same people who bought a Wii, played the crap out of Wii Sports and Guitar Hero for a while, then let the Wii collect dust are dying to go back out and play the same game they haven't touched in years.
The only people who really care about power are people nerdy enough to regularly visit gaming forums like us. Every time I try to explain the difference in power to the average person, they either get confused or they flat out don't give a damn. The only time people ever noticed a difference in power was last generation with the game between Wii and 360/PS3.
And anyone buying a Wii or Wii U for casual titles like Wii Sports probably doesn't give a shit about third party support when they wouldn't be buying more than stuff like Just Dance, CoD and whatever other mainstream casual fad is out there.
