That seems unlikely. It's a whole year away there will be a quite a few games in the meantime. Besides if Uruguay want him back that much they could just hold a load of friendlies to quickly get the 9 games down.

FIFA doesn't count friendlies though. On the other hand it would be weird if he could play a friendly after the 4 months but not an official match with Uruguay.

EDIT: At least they don't count the results of these matches.
