There already are. Resident Evil: Revelations, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate, etc. But, as for Nintendo directly porting it's own 3DS games to Wii U, lets not jump the gun. Virtual Console is currently up to Gameboy Advance as far as handheld games are concerned. Let them do Nintendo DS games like Advance Wars: Dual Strike and Days of Ruin, Fire Emblem: Dragon Song, etc. first.
