3rd party wise sure. 1st party wise it's been pretty solid.

It hasn't been solid. Just last yeah Nintendo made excuses why they weren't releasing more games and it was because the underestimated HD development. This thread would maybe have a point if Nintendo first party was actually releasing more content than last gen. But it isn't. Nintendo pretty much stopped supporting the Wii in 2010 and what has that translated into for games for the Wii U? Not a lot really.
