You can't even compare the two, since the Value in MCC is so far above any collection I've ever seen. You not only get the main games in perhaps the best game series of all time, but also online multiplayer for all of them, remastered graphics, all dlc, halo 5 beta and the series. TLOU doesn't even come within the same stratosphere in my view.

How about Ratchet Jak and Sly collections?  3 games remastered in 1080p 60fps for $40 (Ratchet may have been 30 actually)?  similar value I'd say.  Also Ratchet 3 MP.

But those doesn't compare to the quality and scale of the Halo franchise. I'm not saying it will not be f great value for some people, but most would agree MCC trumps almost everything the two other can release, specially when you look at how much effort that has gone into this collection. Value is rarely about aount of games, but rather perceived value as to te place the game has in gaming history. Look at it this way: I have Panzer Dragon Saga on Sega Saturn, a game that released in a small quantity and has grown to cult status. You can buy it for something like 150$ on EBay. That isn't the actual value for the game, but rather for the perceived value, that you get something unique, one of a kind.

Same goes for MCC. It will be the first anyone can play Halo CE with online mp, or Halo 2 with remastered graphics for an10 year old game. Also, this is the game that has made a historic imprint on our society, even my mother knows about Halo, only Mario, Sonic or Zelda can compete with that :). That is why the value of this collection shouldn't be compared to TLOU, since it actually does TLOU injustice when it cannot measure up to MCC. That doesn't make it a bad remake though.
