Jynx not being given a 3rd stage in Sinnoh always annoyed me, so I would honestly prefer that to be traditionally rectified than to get a Mega evo.
I don't think Mega evo would be enough to redeem Plusle and Minun so I would consider them a waste.
Rayquaza is most certainly getting a primal form.
My hope is that the Hoenn dex has had some migration so non-Hoenn Pokemon can get their Mega evo namely some Sinnoh and a few other Kalos Pokemon.
Only Hoenn I am desperate for is Mega Milotic.
