Do you see Nintendo revealing a new IP with a Zelda scale budget in the next 3 years?

I wouldn't bet on it. Unless the WiiU can suddenly turn itself around it's going to remain a Nintendo console for Nintendo fans. They won't bother taking the risk, they already know what most Nintendo fans want; more Zelda/Mario etc.
