Wow...you really don't get excited by many big games.  Oh wait COD, BF, AC, and 2K aren't on your list...

BF/AC I don't see enough hype for to consider them overhyped. (Oh sure, there's marketing hype, but gamers give them plenty of flack) 2K slipped my mind. XD
